• You can cancel anytime without charge
• No commitment is required

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No additional charges will be made after cancellation
• You will retain access to all features until the end of the billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period

Refund Policy

Graftek operates on a no-refund policy for all subscription services. Once a payment is processed:

• Refunds are not provided for any portion of the subscription
• You will maintain full access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle
• All payments are final and non-refundable

Service Access

Upon cancellation or non-renewal of your subscription:

• Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to all features during this period
• No additional charges will be made after cancellation

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Refunds will be initiated through the same payment processor and will be subject to their processing timeframes.
